Refund policy

At Avenir Print Co., we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below.


1. Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Clearance or final-sale items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.


2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@avenirprint.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide instructions for returning your item.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).


3. Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

If your return does not meet the conditions above, we may not be able to issue a refund.


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email info@avenirprint.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
