Thank you for shopping with Avenir Print Co.! This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing, shipping, and delivery of your orders.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2-4 business days after payment is received

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or delays due to material shortages or carrier issues, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping within UK is FREE. Shipping charges for your order outside of UK will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Domestic (within United Kingdom): 2-4 business days

  • International: 10-28 business days (varies by location)

Please note these are estimated times — actual delivery may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.

3. Shipping Carriers

We ship using reputable carriers. You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship worldwide. 

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time (unless otherwise stated).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Avenir Print Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or weather conditions.
If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at info@avenirprint.com, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

7. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.
We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

8. International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
